1. Services

We offer real estate transaction support services, including but not limited to document preparation, title review and coordination with local authorities. Each service is described on our site.

2. Informational Products

Our informational products include digital guides, webinars and reports related to real estate transaction processes.

3. Goods

We may offer physical items such as printed guides or branded materials.

4. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate details, comply with applicable rules of local authorities and cooperate in a timely manner.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified at the time of purchase. Payment must be made via the methods presented during checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Cancellations requested at least 10 calendar days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of paid fees. For cancellations requested less than 10 days before the start date, a 50 percent credit of paid fees will be issued for future services. Credits may be applied toward any service within one year of issuance. Certain expedited or custom review services are not eligible for refunds due to the immediate allocation of resources. These non-refundable services are clearly marked at the time of purchase.

6.2 Informational Products

Digital products may be refunded within 7 calendar days of purchase provided that less than 20 percent of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us via Contact Us. Once access exceeds 20 percent, no refund will be available due to licensing terms.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt if they are unused and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt of returned goods.

7. Transfer of Service

Services that have not yet commenced may be transferred to another party upon written request. The recipient must agree to these terms. Contact us via Contact Us to arrange a transfer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific product or service.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms. The latest version will be published on restatecdesk.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
